At TriForce, we team up with clients and suppliers to find the appropriate solutions to protect assets according to our clients’ needs. Our Continuous Improvement approach sets us apart in the construction industry. Our team regularly take industry specific and safety courses and we invite our clients to take part in training sessions to help them better understand their needs. We invite our suppliers to give product knowledge sessions to our team.
We use industry specific software and develop our own software tools to optimize our processes. Our virtual office approach means that our entire team has access to the same information whether they are on-site, in the office, or on the road, we all work together. Our collaborative approach with our suppliers and clients make us a key player during challenging projects.
Purchasing equipment and developing software to streamline our processes is key to our success. We believe in working smarter not harder. Embracing specialized software to the construction industry, developing specialized software for estimating, and using software to track our labour and inventory is all part of our innovative approach. These tools help the team stay on top of our jobs and to complete proper analysis in "Real Time".

Our Team
Ola Johnson
Ola Johnson has been a leader and an innovator in the construction industry for more than 30 years. His success is based on a simple yet powerful philosophy, treat your clients, your staff and your suppliers as you would like to be treated. In 1988 he founded St. Ignace Wood Truss which became Atlas Structural Systems. This is where he transformed the construction industry in Southern New Brunswick by being the first to use computer software in manufacturing wood trusses. He inspired his team to take on the most challenging projects. He also introduced panelized walls and floors which is now common practice in multi-level buildings. Ola continues to bring his team approach and thirst for innovation to TriForce with the help of his two sons, Bobby & Robby.
Bobby Johnson
Bobby has grown up in the manufacturing and construction industry, spending his summers building trusses, delivering materials, and helping wherever he could in the yard. Having studied business management at Oulton College he applied his experience and education to other areas of the family business as an estimator, plant foreman, production manager and plant manager. With his experience, Bobby now helps to lead TriForce to become the best team.
Robby Johnson
Like his twin brother, Robby also grew up working in the family business. However, his interests lead him to study Civil Engineering Technology at NBCC. With his experience, education and collaborative approach, he became a lead account manager. Today, Robby thrives working with the TriForce Team solving problems and seeing projects come to life.
